Chom Doi Condominium

A compact renovation of a studio condominium unit in Chiang Mai. The existing room mixed every function in one space; the redesign adds a kitchen counter to define separate zones, relocates the air-conditioning and replaces old windows with sliding doors that open up the terrace and bring in more daylight.

The material palette of warm timber, muted textures and soft lighting draws on the relaxed character of Chiang Mai. The work covered site measurement, layout planning, 3D visualisation, furniture sourcing, contractor coordination and cost planning to meet the client's budget.
